In 35 years of cooking career, he was awarded with 7 Michelin stars, including two for his Lasarte restaurant in Condes Hotel. Lasarte Restaurant
Awarded with its second Michelin star in 2010 thanks to chef Matín Berasategui, Lasarte restaurant will delight your senses. Recently renovated, the restaurant offers a bright, avant-gardist and relaxed atmosphere with large spaces, a semi-private lounge in the main room and the Mesa del Chef for 8 guests in the kitchen to be able to watch the cooking of the dishes.
