Caelis Restaurant :: “Audacity, Tradition, Vanguard, Instinct, Balance”
Romain Fornell, the youngest French chef awarded with a Michelin star, and the only one having been honored with this distinction both in France and in Spain, proposes you his creative gourmet cooking of French inspiration. Using only seasonal products and mixing tradition with vanguard, quality and audacity are his guiding principles.
Degustation menu or à la carte, you won’t be disappointed. If you are a pastry lover, try the Explosion St Honoré, as beautiful as good.
The restaurant offers a cozy and elegant atmosphere, with a capacity of 24 guests in the main room, 10 in the private lounge, and 4 at the table du chef in the kitchen.

19/Nineteen Restaurant
To have a quick bite, to enjoy tapas at any time of the day, or to take an afternoon tea, the 19/nineteen restaurant, situated in the hall, is the ideal place.
Its chef, Ludovic Dubois proposes you appetizers, a tapas tasting menu, and desserts in a Parisian brasserie atmosphere. The organic salmon with green asparagus is very popular.
