The property is located on the exclusive Passeig de Gràcia, where they carried out the following renovation: they kept the beautiful old facade, designed by the renowned architect Antoni de Moragas, and they designed the entire interior again.
The project that was carried out offered several types of housing and that had to be compatible with the different heights of the slab of the previous building. The entire study and construction was directed by the prestigious architect Carlos Ferrater.
